Tolerance
I am ashamed and annoyed at how often the word tolerance is used as if its a positive thing.
Watching the news earlier this everning the newsreader commented on how Switzerland used to be a nation which prided itself on religious and cultural tolerance.
Fuck tolerance!
Whats wrong with acceptance and understading?
Why do we tolerate different religions instead of welcoming them?
Why do we tolerate cultural differences as opposed to learning from them?
Just saying.
